We had a wonderful experience staying at this property during our return to the Pikes Peak Ascent this year. 5 stars! The location was exceptionally convenient—close to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and a variety of outdoor activities that made our trip both efficient and enjoyable.
The space itself was cozy, private, and thoughtfully appointed. While I wouldn’t describe it as romantic, it offered a warm and inviting atmosphere that we truly appreciated. The complimentary coffee was a thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of our stay.
If the pricing remains consistent, we fully intend to book this property again next year. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful, well-located base for exploring the area.
While our overall experience was positive, there are a few areas that could benefit from attention to enhance future stays. The shower, particularly the door, could use some maintenance or adjustment to improve functionality and comfort.
For added privacy, we recommend installing window coverings on both the front door and the satellite windows adjacent to the back door. This would make the space feel more secure and secluded.
If the goal is to create a more romantic or welcoming atmosphere, consider adding small touches such as fresh flowers in a vase and a few chocolates on the nightstands. Additionally, having a few bottled waters stocked in the refrigerator would be a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
These minor updates would elevate the guest experience and make an already cozy space even more inviting.

We loved the location and the view from the front porch! It was close to all the activities we had planned. I loved all the deer that stopped by for a visit!
Other than the floor being unlevel…it was a bit caddywampass…once we got used to it (and we were sober lol) it wasn’t too bad!

Location was perfect for activities and walking around Manitou Springs
The cold faucet in bathroom was broken. Called the hoste and reported it. They would send someone out but we got by. Hopefully they fixed it before next guests

Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen nice and equipped well. Great location to town
Couch has seen better days. It’s sunken in an embarrassing. The host company is Horrible. Sent me an email I could add another night- which I did. When I arrived I didn’t have door code so emailed them. Sent me a $50 waiver they “forgot” and said my reservation wasn’t until Monday. I said I added another night and they acknowledged it. I was pretty sure I’d been scammed. Stood outside for an hour in the dark and cold while they tried to figure out what to do. I finally had to send THEM proof I paid and still had to wait for them to figure out how to reset the door code. Frankly I want my 118 for that night back as it set a terrible tone for the whole trip
