Our Garden House will offer you and your guests will need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, peaceful stay here in Manitou Springs.
You will definitely love the expansive and scenic views of the Rockies and the rolling foothills that surround Manitou Springs out of our home's windows and you'll also love being so close to downtown Manitou Springs; it's just a short walk to the heart of downtown or up to the trailhead of the famous Manitou Incline.
As you step inside, you'll find yourself in the living room where you'll find an extremely comfortable sectional couch, 4K smart TV (with access to all of the streaming media apps) . You'll find new and spacious furniture that is both comfortable and stylish. Every corner of our vacation home is designed to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your stay.
A sliding glass door off of the kitchen will bring you out to the outdoor patio area. With its comfortable seating and ample exposure to sun, it's a perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, unwinding, meditating, reading next to the lovely Fountain Creek, which runs through our property.
✔ two bedrooms to accommodate your guests: one king bedroom as well as a bedroom with two queen beds and a full-size trundle bed
✔ a full kitchen with plenty of counter space, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, coffee brewing machine, and all the cookware you'll need to cook every meal
✔ well-stocked bathrooms; you won't want or need for anything during your stay
✔ a dining room which has seating + space for four to comfortably dine together
✔ a laundry closet next to the full bathroom with a new washer + dryer
You and your guests will have access to the entire home.
There is ample parking for 4 vehicles on the north and east side of our Garden House. Our Fountain Creek Inn vacation rental sits on the back of the lot.
Our vacation home is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and staged. We offer high quality coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, soap for your enjoyment.
All of our bed sheets, comforters, and towels are professionally laundered at one of Colorado Springs' best commercial laundromats.

Great location. Walk to downtown Manitou Springs. Clean and cute inside. It sits on the same parking lot as the inns behind the house.

The house was lovely. Very clean and super comfortable. Beds were great! Very spacious. Quiet. Short walk to everything. With Manitou’s efficient bus system we didn’t have to drive much. I would stay here again.

The home was very well prepared and had everything we needed for our weekend. It was clean and thoughtfully arranged. It could use a little more privacy on window coverings. The one and only thing that caught us off guard was that this house is in the parking lot of a small hotel/inn. Within ten minutes of our arrival (at 10 p.m.), we had two guests from the inn knock on our door asking for assistance. After that first 10 minutes, however, it did not happen again because we unscrewed the lightbulb by the front door. Overall, a lovely experience with a very attentive host. Everything worked out and we really enjoyed our stay.
