Location, facilities and cleanliness. Parking a bonus. Comfy bed.
Very dark room due to a bushy tree outside windows. Very loud guests kept waking us up. Ants in bathroom. Only one medium sized towel per guest. Would have preferred a cooked breakfast for the price.

We had a lovely 2 Night stay and got to explore Fremantle on foot. Very good location, situated close to High Street and the Fremantle Markets. Our room was very comfortable and was on the ground floor. Room 3. The option of breakfast was a bonus which we used once during our stay. Joy Kitchen (Cantonese Restaurant) just down the end of Arundel Street was an excellent choice for dinner.
The only downfall was the room above us, which can be quite noisy when the guests are walking around. There's probably not much that can be done about that though!
