Location was great for what we were after. Walking distance to the city, plenty of food options around.

Bathroom. It is an accessible bathroom, but the wet toilet seat & water sitting on the floor hours after a shower wasn’t great. Spare toilet paper was sitting on the side of the shower, so got wet. Also appeared not clean on the floor in some corners. Confusion over the rubbish. Asked to remove all rubbish from rooms on vacate, and a sign to not leave rubbish in the foyer, but could not find outside bins.

The facility was adequate for what I needed.

1st-I was not advised for the front door code to enter the facility, making things a bit challenging. I had to contact whoever was managing the facility in order to get the code. Once inside, retrieving the door key for my room was not difficult. I believe the cooking utensils (pots, pans, microwave, oven, etc.) could have been better. Every pan was warped and I could not cook my food evenly at all. Inside the microwave door, the plastic was peeling off; which is unhealthy. The showerhead did not have much pressure to it, therefore taking additional time to shower. The drain from the shower was inadequate as it did not drain quickly at all.
