Kitchen use: large fridges (very full but organized), easy access to sinks, boiling water and microwave in kitchen; maybe a little cramped but kept clean, somehow. Thank you, staff!
Very thin walls. Room 26 (private) is squished in next to an unlocked dorm that gets loud, and shares tissue-paper walls with some kind of bar or club on the other side; there is no curfew on the noise so expect subwoofers to be thumping until 4am if it's the weekend. (Somehow, ambient music is louder in room 26 than out in the hallway.) Staff later told me to specifically request the single private rooms in the 70s, which are another floor up and seemed to be blissfully tranquil.
