Nice stay in beautiful Genova

- excellent location - pleasant walking distance to the train station - well equipped apartment with well equipped kitchen - comfortable mattress on the mezzanine - big plus for self check-in

- the apartment is located in the basement, so you can smell some dampness. This smell the host fights with numerous air fresheners and perfumes, which smell too intense so I had to hide them - the fold-out bed is moderately comfortable, but that's usually the case with fold-outs - note to this host and many others: large mineral water costs pennies, and the fact that you have it is priceless when you show up tired in the apartment. The tiny half-liter water is nonsense - three sips and it's gone and you have to look for a store while you would like to rest a bit. Just consider it: little money -> huge support :) (I do not expect wine ;)))

Draw attention that not all parking area near the appartment is blue zone! It is mostly found on road sides. For example, car parking places in the middle of the parking lot near the appartments house (although marked with blue lines and with the blue zone signs near to it), is not a blue zone! Due to this mistake, we received a penalty.

Bien pour un séjour à Gênes

- L'emplacement (près du centre ET des plages) - L'odeur des sens-bon - La dimension de l'appartement (pour une personne seule) - Le confort du lit - La climatisation

- J'aurais dû écrire à l'hôte quelques jours à l'avance car le jour-même dans mon transport je n'avais pas accès au wi-fi et je n'ai donc pas pu voir les informations pour trouver l'appartement (numéro de la porte, numéro de l'appartement, code pour la boite à clé). J'ai eu de la difficulté à trouver le logement vu le manque d'information. - Il y avait des moustiques dans le logement, je les entendais quand je me couchais. Je me suis réveillée avec plusieurs piqûres. - Il n'y avait pas de lumière quand on rentrait dans l'appartement (et avec les escaliers ça pouvait être dangereux) - Aucune information dans le logement quand on arrive - Peut-être donner plus de serviette de bain (1 seule pour 4 jours) - Il manquait d'équipements de base (ouvre-bouteille de vin, sel poivre, huile) - Le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas tout le temps bien - Le frigidaire n'était pas très froid

L'emplacement, facilité d'accès, communication avec l'hôte. Propreté. Calme. Nécessaire pour la douche et le ménage. Serviettes et draps propres.

Peu d'explications sur le chauffage et les équipements, pas de livret pour l'arrivée, le départ. Manque d'équipements pour la cuisine comme des ustensiles de cuisson, un torchon, le frigo trop petit, mauvaise literie bruyante dans le salon. Pas d'explication pour la télévision. Manque un jeu de clefs.

Teleurstellend

De locatie was oké, geen gratis parkeergelegenheid.

Bij binnenkomst rook de woning naar vocht en schimmel. De inrichting is leuk gedaan, het is niet heel ruim maar het is oké. Er is geen airco aanwezig, enkel een ventilator. Helaas viel bij ons meerdere malen de stroom uit waardoor er helemaal geen ventilatie meer was. We hebben de ramen open gezet, maar aangezien het buiten ook 40 graden was maakte dit weinig verschil. In het begin konden we de stroom weer aanzetten maar in de nacht viel de stroom weer uit en ging deze ook niet meer aan. We hebben contact gehad met de eigenaresse, ze bood haar excuses aan maar kon niks voor ons doen. Ook de koelkast had geen stroom waardoor we onze bewaarde etenswaren konden weggooien helaas. De eigenaresse bood ter compensatie twee gratis overnachtingen aan, maar omdat we niet nog een keertje zullen reizen naar Italië heb ik gevraagd of we ook geld terug konden krijgen. Hier zou ze nog op terugkomen. Sindsdien heeft ze niet meer op mijn berichten gereageerd. Heel jammer.
