Riad La Samira

Staying at Riad La Samira was easily the highlight of our trip! The riad itself is absolutely stunning—very well decorated with gorgeous, traditional touches and beautiful terraces and a pool that are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. From the second we arrived, Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay was perfect. He didn’t just host us; he welcomed us with open arms and truly treated us like family. The location is unbeatable—right in the center of everything, making it super easy to explore. Plus, starting with an incredible, fresh breakfast on the property was amazing. Mohamed took such genuine care of us. We can't wait to return!

We had such an amazing stay at Riad LaSamira. Right from the start, check-in was super smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming—always greeting us with huge smiles and making us feel right at home. The room itself was great, really clean, and the bed was super comfortable. But the real lifesaver was the indoor pool. Marrakech can get hot, so being able to jump in and cool down in that beautiful pool after walking around all day was just amazing. Location-wise, you seriously can't beat it. It's perfectly situated right in the center of everything. We could easily walk to all the best restaurants, museums, and main activities without any hassle. Also, definitely don't skip the breakfast—it was absolutely delicious every single morning. If you're planning a trip to Marrakech, I highly recommend staying here. We loved everything about it!

Perfect comfort and quiet, right in the middle of everything you need to visit in the Souk! I chose Riad Samira based on previous comments saying how calm the riad is and this is exactly what I found. The raid is based in the middle of the souk, so you reach this on foot. Don't worry if you think you will get lost, we were met by Karim who helped us with our bags and guided us to the location. You may feel like you will get lost but you quickly find you bearings once you are settled in. We were greeted with a cup of mint tea and meet with Samira. Karim wants you to have the best experience during your stay and has fantastic tips of where to visit, how to get around, advising on pricing on well known items. If you have no idea where to start, Karim will give you a tour of the souk. If you have been before he has great tips. As I said you will quickly find your bearings once you realise you are just a few hundred metres from the places des spices, spice square, the main souk for rugs and jewellery and a 5min walk to the Secret Jardin. The location is perfect should you want a break in between exploring. Every morning the breakfast consisted of fantastic coffee, mint tea, moroccan bread, jams, olives and what we thought were pancakes but are actually flatbreads. All delicious! I asked how the msemen were made and a tutorial was organised for me with Samira! If you choose to eat in house, ask for Samira's Rfissa (if you eat meat and wheat) it is delicious!

Location is great, few minutes from the main square in Marrakech. A little difficult to find on navigation.

There were plaster falling down from the ceiling on the bed and it was annoying.
