Sharon Lodge

We had a wonderful time at Sharon Lodge. We stayed in Oryx House, we were 2 couples and 2 single ladies. The staff opened 3 rooms, but one of the single ladies did not want to sleep in the top bedroom, as it is very near the thatch roof, and very small, so the staff graciously opened up a 4th bedroom, with a king-size bed and single bed, and the ladies were very comfortable there. We sat on the verandah and watched zebra, warthog, bluewildebeest and a giraffe come right up to the fence. We highly recommend it.

We had all the amenities we could ask for. I personally would not stay in the top bedrooms, it is very small and near the thatch roof, but that's just me.

The photos don’t do this property justice. It was so much nicer than expected! Every little detail has been well thought out and adds to the charm of this lodge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and have already booked another stay for 2026.

Nothing - we loved everything about this lodge!

Wonderful family friendly lodge! We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children and the property suited us perfectly! Great facilities and perfect space for a relaxing weekend with friends or family. Boma, lapa and swimming pool with a lovely “stoep” makes this spot feel like you dont have to go anywhere! Super friendly and helpful staff was an added bonus and to our suprise the lodge was even made up according to the easter theme! We can wait to come back!

Really modern and clean facilities. Kids loved the pool.
