Management were friendly and helpful. Close proximity to the reserve. Some super restaurants in the vicinity - Veldjie Kiosk and Rusty Rhino.
Service staff sat next to our patio every day talking extremely loudly all afternoon, the first day our neighbour asked them to tone it down, then the next day we had to. Why the staff are sitting at the guest area during their leisure time is anyone's guess but clearly accepted by the lodge. All the rooms are right on top of each other, are depicted in photos as stand alone, so as a bush experience you get people above you walking around and literally can hear the neighbour snoring through the wall. I don't have this at home, so certainly don't want it on holiday. We had no water on Thursday, had to go on game drive unwashed.
