I like the fact that everything you would need can be offered at the property. There are a range of activities that can be done solo, with a partner or with family.

Nothing at all, communication with staff was always efficient and they were always quick to assist me.

There’s no TV in the rooms and I am a big fan of TV.

The lovely nature that surrounded us and staff that was helpful and friendly.

The manager Vusi is extremely rude and needs to go for Customer Service training or else he will affect this business. The game drive was underwhelming but could be due to the Winter season upon us.

The game drive was amazing the boma fire at night is a nice touch. We got extra blankets upon request .

The staff is extremely unprofessional they are running the lodge like a spaza shop they don’t know how to address clients , we were told not to steal the extra blankets we requested . The shower head needs a revamp There are no cutlery in the m self catering room The questions by staff members when you are carrying a cooler box to see if you didn’t bring alcohol makes the stay unpleasant , a friend had a non alcoholic bottle and was interrogated. The fact that you can’t bring alcohol and have to buy their over priced beverages They put a price list for anything you damage in the rooms which kept us on edge the whole time . Bring charging plugs and forks spoons and plates if you booked the self catering
