Great 10 day stay.

The staff were very friendly. We had a great room that faced the ocean. The room was well cleaned each day, the breakfast was basic but lovely. I would stay here again. Loved the view m.

Can be very noisy- due to the busy road. But nothing the hotel can do about it.

Great hotel and location.

Enjoy a fantastic stay here. A good location to be able to relax at the nearby restaurants and bars. The beach is less and a minute walk with beautiful sand. Rio via the ferry is cheap and quick with only a three minute walk from the hotel. In the evening the sun setting over the mountains was great and a cool from the rooftop pool area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

disappointing

very nice location, close to Charitas beach and Sao Francisco is a nice area with good restaurants, bars etc. Good view from the pool, which is very small and has no bar or snack facilities.

we stayed on the rooftop which is a decent size room, everything is dated within the hotel and the room but in my 3 plus years experience of Brazil that is the norm in hotels and Airbnb’s, no problem if they charged prices form or at back when but no one does! we had a balcony with no furniture, no glassware, cups or kettle on the room & when you have a young one to make milk etc for that’s not ideal. breakfast was average at best and to be fair this is something other hotels I’ve stayed at in Brazil excel at, limited choice.

Not if you like your sleep.

The help from Helton and Diego was superb. Cleaners did a great job.

The noise from the 4 way carriageway way was continuous through the night and made sleeping difficult The noise came through the veranda windows. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together with a mattress protector that never fitted and rucked up so the bed was really uncomfortable. Marcos in the restaurant brought a pizza and the soup starter out together despite being instructed 2 nights previously to have a delay between them. The hot choices (3 off) of scrambled eggs, some form of bacon & cut up hotdog in sauce could have been varied. There is no rooftop bar so if you order beer up you pay a service charge.

It’s okay just fine to sleep one night

Only sheets were provided no blankets and it was cold, very old furniture and not so well maintained. Poor breakfast.

Nice but a bit overpriced for the service offered

Nice area, in front of the beach. Big comfy room. Good breakfast.

Really hard communication via mail for the booking, took so long we ended up paying for the luxury room... The pool is disappointing, more like a bathtub, not big enough for swimming. The gym is almost non-existent. Not the best customer service: did not provide a mosquito repelent for the room when requested in advance due to pregnancy. Expected more from 4 star hotel.

Location and rooftop, restaurante staff is really nice!

Beds are really bad (two put together, you just fall between both single beds). The lady at the front desk literally asked for my credit card number and 3-digits code over the phone, I refused and she wasn't flexible at all to accommodate anything I asked, there isn't lots of flexibility here. Bed is terrible!
