    A very clean, bright, and cozy studio. This place brightened up my stay in Madrid

    Everything was great, just that hot water is limited here, sometimes will run out of it when showering. And heater for air conditioning is not warm enough. But their service were great, fast response from the Bob’s team, solved my problem fast. Overall it is a great place to stay.

    I booked my stay via Agoda but never received the self-check-in instructions, and my attempts to resolve this with Agoda's support agents went nowhere. When I arrived at the accommodation at 1:00 AM, I had to call the hotel personnel directly, who informed me they couldn't send the check-in details because they didn't have my email address. Whether this communication breakdown was a mishap on Agoda’s side or the hotel's, nobody reached out in time, causing significant stress and hassle in the middle of the night. I strongly urge management to audit the booking and data-sharing process with Agoda to ensure this communication failure doesn't happen to future guests.
