The hotel staff was very good at communicating a making sure you have everything you need. They gave us food recommendations for dinner which was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and more than I could have asked for. The rooms are beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. I would love to come back here and stay. They surpassed what I thought I was getting and overall an amazing sta.

The husband and wife were exceptional hosts. The rooms are just like the photos, very pretty, ours has a beautiful fresco on the ceiling, just amazing! The rooms were also very quiet.
I would recommend to my friends going to Florence.

Lovely staff and room. Nice breakfast brought to your room in the morning. Great location walking from SMN train station.
