Surrounded by a natural garden with sand dunes and junipers, green lawn and shady pines; The villa is suitable for families with children and pets. It is 3 km from the village and is ideal for a holiday without the need to use the car. All services and main attractions are within walking distance, in 3-5 minutes you reach the beaches of the Rice and Campulongu, in 10-15 that of Notteri Porto Giunco and the marina. in 5 minutes the minmarket, the kiosk, the bars pizzerias restaurants with wide selection in the area.
The accommodation offers three bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds that uses the main bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villasimius, Roundabout Villa is situated well in terms of the beaches, the host was lovely and helpful. We especially appreciated the en suite in the rooms, being a group of females. The outdoor area was spacious and comfortable - great for a group of people. The villa was also very clean. There is no oven but there is a bbq and microwave, there is a dishwasher and washing machine which came in very helpful.

Fabrizio era un ospito molto sincere - the house was even nicer than the pictures and perfectly located to explore the beautiful beaches.
Fabrizio was easily accessible and very helpful - offering great tips on local restaurants.
Our family of four had a wonderful trip with great memories of Sardegna.

Processus agréable pour louer la maison. La maison se trouve tout près de très belles plages de Villasimius. Le jardin est magnifique et les différentes terrasses permettent de diversifier les moments de petits déjeuners, apéros et autres.
