DAOL guest house

Pros: Of all the hard beds I had in Korea, this was the least hard. Or maybe I was really sleepy. Your own bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Close to metro, lots of shops, food etc. Near university so many are young and beautiful. Clean area and room. Kitchen and dining area are convenient. Feels very safe. Keyless lock (need code) Cons: Keyless lock (out of luck if your phone is out of power), several people had to try multiple times. I could hear them trying the front door from 2 floors up. I don’t know if there weren’t many people there, but heard one group in the hallway at 3 am. Fortunately, I always wake up in the middle of the night so no big deal. Plus I was so sleepy, I went back to sleep. Lots of stairs so if your bags are heavy and you’re on the second floor, it’s a little difficult. Fortunately, my bag was not heavy, but my balance is bad. I survived without falling, intact and unbroken. I would stay many more days if I ever go back to Korea!

I was arriving late, and the self-check in was seamless. They have a QR code used to check in using their open but limited wifi outside, so you don't have to worry about not having a connection to use their system. The room was nice and clean - providing all the basics and a TV with over 200 channels. Very good shower, hot water.

Super kind owner. Allowed us to store our luggage there prior to our stay for an extended period of time. So kind and helpful. The area is very close and covnenient to shopping and dining areas walkable and close to the station for subway and airport limousine transfer stop.
