Twin Rabbit Guesthouse

It was very convenient and walking distance to so many great places. We loved the neighborhood. Very close to public transportation too bit we just walked everywhere for the most part. It is not fancy, but it has everything you need, very comfortable beds, laundry, and it is quiet. Overall, great price for what you get.

Body wash was not the best but there is CU store right across the street and an olive young around the corner so not a big deal.

Self check-in was smooth. The room was as expected. Good location.

1. A bit annoying when forgetting to switch the shower knob back after showering. End up getting completely soaked. 2. Only a charging socket on one side of the bed. Not end of the world. 3. If anyone could just take our key from the reception for the check-in, I wonder how safe it is for other guests (especially for females).

I adore this Guesthouse, the staff were lovely, helpful and responded in a timely manner. They were kind and extremely understanding when I apologised for not being able to separate trash or leave the room in a cleaner state due to bring unwell & having to get an early flight. The accomodation had stairs and elevator access to my room which was great because my luggage was heavy. The shared kitchen and dining area was clean and spacious. I loved the wall of photos, written messages and pictures of past guest's kpop biases. I will definitely book again and make sure I leave a picture of G-Dragon and a warm-hearted note. Thank you for having me ~^^

I couldn't work out how to get engish subtitles or english settings on the television. I was sick with a nasty cold for the majority of my stay and I couldn't leave my room for one whole day. It would have been nice if I was able to find the shows I wanted to watch & better understand what I did end up watching. Otherwise everything was wonderful. ^^

The check in/check out process is very efficient and straightforward.

Well, where can I start ? It is not that I was expecting a 5-star hotel cause I know what I am paying for but c’mon. Facilities were very old and dirty. Beds and pillows as well. No staff to support, they say they are available in different online channels but that’s not true. For this price there better guest houses and hotels in the area!
