Hongdae Guesthouse Pajamaparty

When finding this place I thought it was too good to be true for the price but it was true! The location was great, a quiet part of hongdae but still central enough to be around a lot of cafe's and cute little stores and it only takes a short walk/bus to main hongdae streets and where to take line 2 to the rest of Seoul. We were in room 301 which was very spacious like a mini apartment which was good for my big suitcases and the bed was super comfy it was hard to get out of everytime I slept on it. The staff were really patient with us checking out and responsive to any questions we messaged.

just some dust on small parts of the room like a bit of the handle bar near the bed and the sunset lamp but you'd have to look for it to be bothered by it so its ignorable.

Really good location, very convenient to walk along the Line Forest. Able to do laundry here too!

The location is about a 15 minute walk from Hongik Univ Station, therefore a little bit quieter We liked that you are able to store your luggage outside of check-in, check-out times The price is good

There is an industrial interior design, but not done so in a way where I feel confident in the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom ceiling has lots of holes and grime, no ventilation, and graffiti. The shelves are placed so high and the designs of the rooms are not super functional. The kitchen is dark and unapproachable and the host is often seated at the dining table observing guests on camera. Beware of your privacy. The luggage storage is not locked and is placed under the patio. It is inside the property, but the gate to the property does not have a lock on it.
