Location is perfect, close to line park, Shopping Malls, so many restaurants and 5 min.walk to Hongik University Metro station.
Apartment is very clean and have everything what you need.
The only complaint is the girl who greeted us at the reception on the day of our check-in. Disastrous arrogant behavior. No one told us at all that we would be accommodated in another street and not in the accommodation we had booked. 1. How can it happen to you if we booked a few days in advance that there is no place, if you manage your schedule of your busyness correctly? 2. If it happened to you, then you MUST tell your guest that he will be in another accommodation and send him information and pictures about that other accommodation, because the guest booked with you and not somewhere else. 3. When I asked her why we were not notified, she cheekily replied that this is normal in Korea. No, that's not normal. 4. She didn't even apologize to us for the change of accommodation, but just announced that it was so. 5. When I asked her that I want to see first where we will be accommodated and then I will pay, she got even more annoyed with us! And she said that we should cancel quickly if we don't want to, so that they could sell the room to someone else. Instead of being as polite as possible because of the change of accommodation and apologizing, she was still angry with me and spoke arrogantly all the time. Behavior that is not for the hotel industry.

It was a good location and the facilities were nice.
The body wash and shampoo and conditioner were not filled up in the shower.

The room we got was closer to the Hongik subway station than planned, which was very practical. The room space was big, everything was clean and the view on Hongdae district was great ! The CP for this place is amazing, 100% recommend !
The check-in took a while. We arrived within the check-in hours but we had to wait 20min before the person in charge arrives. Except for this, everything went smoothly and it was a great experience.

it was a pretty ordinary guesthouse, the location is great!
the other guests in the room were talking loudly in the middle of the night which kept me up.
