The hotel is clean and smells nice all over the place. The room is in good condition and has all basic amenities. Bed is comfy, I had good night sleep every night. Self check-in is easy. All staffs communicate in English very well. Very good value for money.
There is no elevator, so if you have large luggage like me, it will be a bit challenging. Considered a bit far from AREX exit. I walked with luggages for 15 mins until I reached the hotel.

喜歡的理由是：民宿方訊息回覆速度很快，而且英文溝通順暢，這點很棒（不過他們只有9AM~6PM會人工回覆訊息，下班後會由AI客服優先回覆）。民宿位於住宅區，無論早上晚上都很安靜，旁邊主街也有很多餐廳，步行一分鐘就有便利商店，生活機能很方便。民宿二樓有一個非常簡易的小廚房，餐具、飲水機（冷熱水都有）、冰箱都有提供，很方便。房內有附贈小餅乾、藥菓、即溶咖啡，雖然我沒有吃，但蠻貼心的。櫃台有提供免費耳塞。
我訂單人房，位在二樓，空間很小，行李箱完全打開的話幾乎沒有行走空間，也無法輕易打開房門。房內的廁所兼浴室空間也很小，淋浴時幾乎無法自在轉身，但最不方便的是廁所的門是拉門，無法完全緊閉，門外就是床頭，所以洗澡的時候要非常小心，淋浴的水才不會噴到房內，房內也沒有窗戶，所以需要常常開著廁所的抽風機，不然廁所的味道會飄出來。另外有注意到房內許多地方有灰塵，窗簾上、衛生紙盒上、床頭櫃、吹風機都有灰塵，讓人覺得似乎有一點不太乾淨。民宿大門的密碼，直接貼在大門上，讓人覺得有點不安全。總之，以性價比來說，我個人是覺得沒有到非常滿意、但可以忍耐三晚的程度。

The location is fantastic in a wonderful neighborhood.
The rooms was clean and I had my own bathroom.
The Check in and out was very easy and smooth.
The room is a little small. but overall still acceptable.
No Mini bar.

オーナーとのやりとりがスムーズで、チェックイン・チェックアウトともオンラインで完了したのが楽でした。最低限の設備はそろっていました。
施設全体も部屋の中も、ニオイが強すぎました。入った瞬間芳香剤のようなニオイがして、苦手な香りだったのでより気分が悪くなりそうでした。また、湿気もひどいです。部屋には物を置けるところが全然無いため、せめて折りたたみの簡易テーブルがあれば過ごしやすくなるのにな、と思いました。シャワーカーテンの長さがドアの下の方に届いておらず、どうしても水が漏れるのも気になりました。4泊でしたがタオル類は1泊分しか置かれておらず、勝手に廊下の棚からもってきて使いました(案内はされていませんが、多分それでokなんだと思います)
