good price for such good location, easy walk to/from hongik uni sta. exit 3. the room is more spacious than i expected and pretty comfortable. shower room and toilet are separate rooms, which is good. i didn't get a chance to use the common area much but it looks nice.
i had a problem with my room's digital door lock several times and i wasn't sure if it's locked properly while i was there and not there, so it made me worried.

The building is really easy to find. It is located very close to the main street. The room is bigger than expected.

Helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable facilities, great location and service.
No bedsheets, gender separated bathrooms (not a big issue)
