We enjoyed our stay. Great location.! Only complaint is the The Bounty restaurant cleaning their kitchen grates at 3:00am.

We enjoyed the area. The location of the condo is great. On the VRBO listing it washer/dryer. There is no washer/dryer. Upon entering the condo there was a binder on table. We could not access the wifi. I sent a note to the contact in the binder. She responded that she has not owned the condo for a few years. No one from the office replied to me since it was after hours but I expected a call on Friday AM. The area outside the condo is very dirty & has trash everywhere. There is also a broken rusty pipe sticking up out of the ground - very hard to see at night due to insufficient lighting in parking lot & on stairs.
For all the fees & taxes you pay (more than the actual rent almost) you would think the area would be a little cleaner.
