Perfectly located on Center Street Folly Beach. This condo is modern & very clean. Prime location just 1 block from beach. More than 20 shops, restaurants, & bars are right outside your door. **Please be aware that this property is nestled in the business district, surrounded by restaurants & bars, where our nightlife can be enjoyed & will be heard.
Palms Luxe is 2 condos (front & back) that share an adjoining porch. Perfect for families or a group of friends wanting to enjoy the beach together.

What a great location -right in the middle of everything! The noise was no bother at all and I bet it is even better during peak season. Lots of space in the living area and would be even better if it had a sectional sofa. This condo is so convenient and the brewery below is fabulous! We would definitely consider coming back to this spot!

This is a great location right on the main street in Folly. Even though there is a bar right below, they close at 11 and are very quiet after that time. There are thoughtful touches like white noise machines and local saltwater taffy. We had a great time and loved being able to walk everywhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Place was well equipped, very clean and the beds were cozy. The location couldn't have been better, we walked everywhere! Close to restaurants and the beach!
