About this house rental
One of Folly's best located just 3 blocks from the beach! This renovated beach home is the perfect getaway. It's located just one block from Center Street's fun and funky shops and amazing restaurants and just a short walk to sand and ocean. In the home you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an enormous kitchen island for everyone to sit down and enjoy meals and good company. This open floor plan has sight lines into the living room area where everyone can gather to watch their favorite shows. You will find a king size bed in the master bedroom with a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a beautiful glass shower. The middle bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a flat screen TV, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is an additional full-size bath with a shower/tub combo. A large deck out front with a grill below, perfect for outdoor entertaining. You will have private parking for three vehicles, as well as an outdoor shower and fenced-in yard. Really everything you need for a great vacation! Please note: charcoal/propane and cleaning of grill is the responsibility of the guest.
Beach Maverick allows up to 3 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. The combined weight of the 3 dogs cannot exceed 100 pounds. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire.

This was a lovely, and clean property. It was in a great location to restaurants and shopping on the Island. A great location to get into Charleston. It is very pet friendly with having the fenced in yard.Highly Recommend!

Very great location. Kitchen was clean and spacious. My family and I were very comfortable. Appreciate it was dog friendly. Beds were somewhat hard but other than that all was well.

Pros: The rental company (Folly’s Best) was great. They were responsive and easy to get in touch with. The kitchen was equipped with all necessities. Fence was secure for dogs.
Cons: the location is very busy being close to center street. People parked in front of the house daily and there is lots of foot traffic. If your dogs are sensitive to lots of traffic this house is not for you. The outdoor shower is in a terrible location and not really accessible or convenient. The outdoor living space has little shade and the bugs were terrible. It would be a great addition to screen the porch. The bedrooms and bathrooms are tiny and the master bed is very uncomfortable. The washer and dryer are stackable and only fit about 3 towels per load. There aren’t enough towels for the house either. The den area has two sofas and one chair. It comfortably fits 2-3 people to watch a movie.
This house may be ok for 2-4 people who don’t care about outdoor living. It is very overpriced in my opinion.
