PERFECT LOCATION 3 Blocks to Sand, Sun, and Folly Fun "Park car and Forget It!"

We really enjoyed our stay here with our senior pup who got to enjoy the beach one last time. It was an easy walk to the beach and to Center Street!

This stay in Folly Beach was truly one of those rare finds that checks every box. From the moment of arrival, the space felt incredibly welcoming—thoughtfully designed, warm, and effortlessly comfortable. It had that perfect balance of being stylish and cozy without ever feeling overdone. It genuinely felt like being at home, which made it so easy to settle in and fully relax.One of the standout aspects was the location. Being just a short walk to the beach made everything feel easy and convenient, whether heading out for a morning walk along the shore or catching sunset in the evening. That proximity alone would have made this place worth it, but the home itself elevated the entire experience.The attention to detail throughout didn’t go unnoticed. Everything felt intentional and well cared for, which added to the overall sense of comfort. A small but memorable highlight was the dog washing station—such a thoughtful and unique touch, especially after a sandy beach day. It’s those kinds of details that really set this property apart from others.Overall, this place felt like a hidden gem—peaceful, charming, and incredibly well put together. It’s the kind of spot you almost want to keep to yourself, but it’s too good not to share. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located, and genuinely comfortable place in Folly Beach.

Very cute property that had everything we needed for a fun getaway weekend! It’s not far from the beach, and Teresa had lots of extra beach items (wagon, chairs, towels, etc) that was so helpful since we had flown in. There is no laundry on site, but that was no problem since we were only there for a few days. Would definitely recommend this property, and Teresa as a host!

The location was good. The house seemed like it was in disrepair in some places, including the deck leading up to the entry door. The A/C was subpar; seemed to take long to cool house. Bought a box fan to remedy the issue. Note: there's no dishwasher. Overall, we had a good time.
