About this house rental
A former barn renovated into a vacation rental while preserving the original architecture, located in a quiet area, 10 km from Ancenis and the banks of the Loire River, and 800 m from a recreational area with a beach that is equipped and supervised in July and August (barbecue, picnic tables, children’s playground...). The owners’ home is on the same property.
Private parking in front of the guesthouse.
Private terrace (southwest-facing) and shared access to the owners’ enclosed garden.
First floor: kitchen open to the living room (pellet stove), sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Mezzanine level: 2 beds (140x190) + 2 beds (90x190).
Additional amenities: crib.
Included: sheets and towels.
Not included: electricity, pellets (€6.50 per 15-kg bag for approximately 24 hours).
Pets upon request. Non-smoking cottage.
