About this house rental
Located in the town of Montjean-sur-Loire (a charming village on the Loire River), we invite you to rent our charming vacation home:
On the first floor, a spacious, fully equipped 35 m² kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, appliances, and espresso machine) opens onto a large, bright living-dining room where you can relax in front of a hewn stone fireplace.
The upper floor features 4 bedrooms:
- two bedrooms with 140 beds and a 90 bed in one of them.
- two bedrooms with bunk beds, plus a pull-out bed in one of them.
- a sofa bed on the mezzanine
- a sofa bed in the living room (first floor)
The bathroom, featuring a shower, bathtub, and double sinks, is located upstairs.
The house has two restrooms, one on the first floor and the other upstairs.
Outdoor amenities: a private parking space and a fenced-in, private garden of 500 m². A trampoline, patio furniture, and a barbecue are available for your use.
Booking details:
- Weekdays outside of school vacation periods: one-night stays available (140 euros per night)
- Weekends: 2-night minimum (price: 280 euros)
- Weekly rental (620)

- Discounted rates for stays longer than 3 nights
- Summer vacation: I prefer one-week stays.

Sheets are not included in the rate, unless an additional fee is paid.

A 60-euro cleaning fee is available if needed. Otherwise, we ask that you leave the place as you found it upon arrival—“ready to be rented out again.”
Firewood is not provided. “For your information, you can purchase it at Carrefour Contact or a nearby supermarket; expect to pay about 6 euros per bag.”
Gatherings with family and friends are permitted; however, outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must be kept to a minimum due to the proximity of neighbors. Please don’t confuse this with a party venue.
