Unfenced wooded garden (1000 m²) with a terrace. Swing set, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, and pétanque court are available. As an added bonus, take a stroll in the property's woods and admire the park's centuries-old trees.
Ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace, fitted kitchen, utility room, separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1st: 1 double bed 160x200cm, 2nd: 1 double bed 140x190cm, 3rd: 2 single beds 90x190cm), shower room/WC.
Included: firewood, linens (tea towels, tablecloths).
Not included: heating (heat pump), bed linens, towels, tourist tax (€0.88/person/day).
Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€70).
Pets: €100 deposit.
