About this house rental
This recent house is located in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, in the village of Aigrefeuille. With its large fenced garden and a large living space (50m2), it will offer you all the tranquility conducive to rest while keeping access to local shops (Intermarché, bakeries and restaurants less than 1 km away) and to the lively centers of the region: Nantes, Clisson (Helfest), Puy du Fou (50 min), beaches (45 min)...
A wood and hillsides accessible on foot allow walks in the middle of nature.
The accommodation
The house was built in 2017. It offers a large living room of 50m2 including the dining room and a living room and a kitchen giving direct access to the terrace and the garden.
You will also find on the first floor a linen room with washing machine, dryer and storage.
Concerning the night area,
A 7m2 office converted into a bedroom offers a double bed of 140*190 on the first floor.
Upstairs, you will find 2 double bedrooms with 140*190 beds, an open mezzanine with a BZ turning into a 4th bed of 140*190.
Only one bathroom is available and is located upstairs.
Passenger access
You will not have access to the garage or to a locked part of the first floor. All the rest of the house and land is at your disposal.
