Welcome to Oceanic beech house. It is a single family house over 2300 sq. feet which you will have for your self only. Our house has 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Living room has 60 inch Tv and one of sofa bed can be used as queen bed if needed. Hi-Speed Wi fi is present for you to work in or outside. In the garage you will find beech cart chairs and kid toys. There are four parking spots. Outdoor swimming pool which can be heated if needed is very private and has one shower outdoor, patio furniture, bar with refrigerator and grill. It is only 5-minutes walking to Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy the Beach or Town of Lauderdale By The Sea with Anglin's Fishing Pier, shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, as well as park for kids, tennis, basketball courts and also Publix grocery store.
