very nice villa, spacious, great location- very close to restaurants, grocery, shopping, beach. didn’t get to enjoy pool to much as we were there for work, but will definitely consider booking again when we visit in the winter months. Host top notch

The house and pool were impeccably cleaned. Plenty of linens and towels. The location is great. A short walk to the beach and extremely close to all the restaurants and entertainment downtown. We loved it so much we already booked for next summer. Highly recommend

We loved staying at this property. The location is within walking distance of the beach, tons of shopping, grocery, restaurants, gas station, and THE COOKIE SHOP!! (note: they are open on TH, F, S only. Pie day is Friday)Our teenage boys utilized the pool and basketball court down the street every day.The house was well equipped with everything we needed and so much more! It had plenty of towels and all of the beach equipment was so nice. There were chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards and top it all off - a couple of wagons to haul everything with.Property managers were very responsive. Within a minute or two.A couple of things that are important to note. These are not negative comments - we just were not aware when we booked the property because the description was not clear.1. The property is a duplex and the pool areas butt up to each other. Noise inside the house was not a problem.2. The property has 3 floors - the first floor is the living space with a small bathroom. The second floor is 2 king bedrooms with full baths in each along with laundry room on this floor. The third floor is 2 double twin bedrooms with a full bath. We just wanted to note this because if you have small children, you may not be sleeping on the same floor as them. Or if you have difficulty with stairs this might not be a good choice for you. We didn't mind it because our teenagers were on a separate floor and we couldn't hear them when parents went to sleep.3. The pool area is nice but small. Great for small children - not for 4 big teenage boys all at once.Would I stay here again? Absolutely without hesitation. You will not be disappointed.
