This is our third stay in Lauderdale by the Sea in Villa Grenada. The townhome is spacious and well appointed. There is plenty of room for everyone. The location is fabulous!! Walking distance to everything Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. Checkin and Checkout is quick and simple. By the Sea Vacation Villas has always been very easy to work with and attentive. We have always enjoyed our stays here.

The home is beautiful and equips with everything you could possibly need. We took a few days to come together as a family that is spread all over the country and we could not have asked for a more convenient location. The pool in the back was a nice touch however would've liked some more sun. Nobody's fault on that. The beach is a short walk away with beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. The only downside would be the headboards on the uppermost floor, especially the one on the full or queen size bed kept falling off the wall. Other than that, we had a beautiful stay would totally come back to visit the Fort Lauderdale area again and hopefully stay in one of these units.

We loved our time at Villa Grenada 32; it was the perfect spot to spend our Thanksgiving break. The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. Thank you for the great communication and for providing a first-class villa for our family getaway.

After many years of staying with By the Sea Vacation Villas, they delivered again. Tanya and the staff are fantastic to work with and the reason we will not stay with anyone else. Her properties are second to none! Always nice, very clean and make your stay a home away from home.
