The house was close to the beach and restaurants We loved the heated pool, it was a highlight of the trip and the service from the management company was top notch - we made a couple of requests and the were taken care of immediately.

We loved the outdoor pool area - we were told that there are some changes being made as well in the future. Some new outdoor furniture etc. It was a wonderful space to hang out while the kids played in the pool in the mornings and evenings. Walking distance to beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale By The Sea and restaurants. Great area. I would say about a 10-15 minute walk to beach/downtown area but extremely easy to do for all ages. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly people. Everyone was out exercising, walking dogs, taking bike rides - it felt like I was home which was nice. The management company was extremely responsive - texted me about restaurant recommendations, area activities and any questions I had prior and during our stay.Thanks for a great week we enjoyed it so much!
