I brought my family together from Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Texas for Christmas in Florida. The Villa Margarita 38 was perfect! Everyone had space on their own (huge bedrooms) and also great family space to share. The kitchen was perfect for us making meals together and the pool was a huge hit! I loved that you checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything - so accommodating.
The villa location was perfect with just about everything we wanted in walking distance. The town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a small town, with many places to eat, and some cool shops. Perfect for a restful week with family. We plan to return!

This property delivered everything it promised. Great location and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay there. We are looking forward to our next getaway to the Ft. Lauderdale area with hopes of staying here again.
