Upon entering the 5-star Casa AquaBella, you are greeted by a spacious, open, living area with high ceilings and offering direct, unobstructed, views of the outdoor patio and private pool. With new luxury updates, the home will provide a truly pleasurable stay. The living room area is equipped with a large modern sectional sofa, love seat sofa and two separate sitting chairs, a large Smart 4K TV, above the mantel. Situated immediately off the living area the kitchen and formal dining room with seating for eight (8). Should your group exceed eight people, please do not worry, in addition to the formal dining for eight (8), there is a a secondary bar setting, situated off the kitchen, for five (5). The spacious, not to mention open, updated kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and white cabinets and offers everything you would require while on vacation. Positioned off the living room, you enter the stunning master bedroom showcasing vaulted ceilings, a designer King Bed, dresser, night stands, cool artistic side chair, and 4k Smart TV. The Master bedroom en suite bathroom has been fully updated and boasts dual marble vanity sinks, soaking tub and glass shower. Bedrooms 2 is another master with king bed downstairs. Bedroom 2 features vaulted ceilings, a designer king bed, 4K Samsung smart TV, two nightstands a sitting chair and an ensuite bath. The en suite bathroom has been fully updated and boasts a single marble vanity sink and glass shower. Also downstairs is a full size laundry room and 1/2 bath powder room.
