Welcome to Villa Pine and step into this delightful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is situated 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Lauderdale by the Sea is a hidden gem in South Florida and the perfect beach town for families. You will not find a nicer, more private location for your relaxing vacation. AND NO CAR NEEDED!
* Entering the home on the ground floor is the living room that offers a smart 55" TV and a queen size sleeper sofa, ( serving as a 5th open bedroom). As you walk past the open staircase, you will find an open floor plan offering a powder room, dining table that sits 7 people, an open family room, 65” Smart TV with cable , sound bar and over 100 DVDs . There are also books and plenty of board games. The kitchen is warm and inviting with breakfast bar for 5 and 7 at dining table as part of the open floor plan. There is a smaller room on the ground floor equipped with a queen size bed, dresser and smart TV. Adjacent to the room, is a large walk in laundry room off the kitchen, also equipped with washer and dryer. There is a fabulous, unobstructed view of the pool from the living areas and kitchen.
* There are two sets of hurricane sliders in the family room which lead to the large awning that covers the patio area overlooking the extremely private resort style pool with waterfall and optional heater (additional fee added upon request). The rear patio offers 4 lounge chairs, outside dining table for 7 , a cocktail table for 3, gas and charcoal grills.
* Off the foyer of the second floor, you will find the primary bedroom which offers a king size bed and a 55" TV. There is also a full size crib, private balcony with 2 chairs and a small table overlooking the pool. The very private primary bathroom offers a full size jacuzzi tub. Bedroom two has a low European style platform king size bed and a TV. Bedroom three offers twin beds, smart TV . There is a second full size bathroom with tub and shower.
*There is 2 pack and plays, high chair and booster seat. There is a little rocker seat for infants as well as a little bathtub and a floor mobile.
* The home accommodates 8 but anything over there is an extra guest charge per night. Linens are only provided for the amount of guests requested.
*TENNIS/ PICKLEBALL COURTS are available for a small fee of $50 just a couple of blocks away! Pool heater upon request $125
* This villa is ideal for families in search of a relaxing getaway, in an extremely private setting, with the convenient accessibility to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarket( on corner ), diving shops, CVS, Dollar Tree, ice cream shops, fantastic pizza places, live bands and our lovely pier. Just 2.5 miles away is the Water Taxi stop to take the family and jump on and discover all of Fort Lauderdale. There is an electric large golf cart that you can download the app and get picked up on demand for free for anywhere in Lauderdale by the Sea.

The bridge from Fort Lauderdale into Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is like a portal to vacation world. Cross over, and suddenly ho-hum drugstores and fast-food restaurants transform into vibrant shops and cafes. The streets become lined with twinkle lightwrapped palm trees, and the extra-wide sidewalks are speckled with outdoor dining tables and flip-flop-wearing locals. The change of pace is palpable. The sun seems to shine a little brighter, giving everything a candy-coated gleam, and the soft breeze holds the faintest scent of saltwater.

nice home in a quiet area. close to shopping, grocery restaurants, & the beach. 3-10 minute walk to just about everything. didn’t get to enjoy house or pool much, as we were in town for work this time, but would definitely consider staying again upon vacationing.

We came here for a family vacation and had a blast. Everything was local and there is so much to do. Beach is walking distance from the property. Pool is a huge plus especially with the little ones. We were a group of 9 people and there was something to do for everyone

House was in a great location. TVs in all bedrooms. The beds were all very hard except for the master bedroom. The trash can outside needed attention as it was full whewhen we arrived and had flies.
The Living room furniture was comfortable enough but the sectional couch came apart. Just a few things need some extra attention. oudoor
