The home was as advertised. Pool was great, short walk to private beach and check in was seamless. Just up the road is Lauderdale by the Sea which was quaint and good spot for drinks. I would recommend the property if staying in the area.

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at the Beach house. While the property was originally built in the 1960s, it has been partly updated in the last few years. The interior was very clean and tidy upon our arrival. Any minor issues were quickly addressed by the property managers. The swimming pool was nice and toasty, though I would recommend the installation of a handrail by the pool steps for added safety. We could comfortably entertain my brother and his wife in the 2nd bedroom with their bathroom access was in the hallway. The other 2 bedrooms do not have direct access to the 2nd bathroom, however and must walk through the living areas to get there.
The neighborhood was very nice and provided a safe, 1 mile walk around the perimeter of this island at any hour, which we took advantage of almost daily. We would definitely consider another even longer stay in the future.
