Contemporary 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Home, Modern Sophistication, located in secluded neighborhood, a short walk from the house to the beach, + 40 different varieties of restaurants to choose from, massage spas, bakeries, cookie shops, clothing stores, hardware store, groceries, drug stores, a short walk to the newly renovated children park, basketball courts, etc. Guests comment often how impeccably clean, organized and detailed our property is.
The home is fully equipped, dishwasher, washer, dryer, sheets are from the Hotel Collection, Weber BBQ located by pool patio. For the sun lovers the pool deck has chairs, lounge chairs, shaded pool patio tucked away, a patio dining table that seats 8 comfortably and a Love Seat overlooking the pool.
The House is fully equipped for Moms traveling with Babies, Toddlers, kids, providing a crib, changing pads, playpen, kids little bike, toys, bookss, stroller, kids plates, cups utensils, we even have baby pool floaters . Perfectly equipped for traveling Moms n Baby. We do own the home next door which you can find on VRBO property #1138262 which has been great for large groups of families of more than 10 traveling together. Both homes are set up perfectly and give you the feeling of walking into your own private home, the neighborhood is extremely quiet.
We provide a cart for the beach chairs, n umbrella…..they rent Beach Lounge Chairs and Large Beach Umbrella’s at the beach, they accept Master Card/Visa They also have sport rentals.
We are fully licensed, are in Compliance with the NO NOISE ORDINANCE after 10 pm with the City of LBTS Vacation Rental License, we are fully certified.

The neighborhood was quiet, yet a short walk to all the action and a short drive to the beach! Lovely restaurants within walking distance too.The house was fabulous, clean, so many options for hanging out and areas to eat. The best was the outdoor space with tables & many different chairs (straight, rocker, Adirondeck & lounge) and the beautiful pool.
