We had a great time on our girls trip… the location is great, so close to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Easy access to I-25, too. The place is really nice, updated and hot tub was great after we spent time hiking.

We were on a quick trip to see the sights and hike our way down from Boulder to Colorado Springs. Family of four stayed 2 nights in this house and it was the best experience we’ve had in years. It’s clearly a full time rental property but the owners put in that little extra effort that made it a great stop: plenty of paper goods, spare toiletries, no ridiculous demands, usb/outlets in every bedroom, dressers in every bedroom, lots of glassware, laundry detergent, extra towels, board games and lawn games.
The neighborhood is residential and pretty quiet. Grocery store and lots of restaurants are only a few minutes away. Less than 20 minutes to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Railway and other touristy destinations.
Kitchen is well equipped and modern. Hot tub is great. The house is small with 2 of the bedrooms in the basement but if you are spending all your time in the house you are probably seeing Colorado Springs the wrong way.
Zero hesitation in my 5 star review. Thanks for a great stop.
