Camp7 is a cabin & event rental accommodation venue, located on 40 private acres bordering public land (BLM) with beautiful mesas, magnificent vistas & exceptional wildlife. Camp7 is an outdoor getaway, 45 minutes from Grand Junction, CO.
Looking for the perfect mix of nature along with all the modern comforts of home? Welcome to the Camp7 cabin, your private oasis in Collbran, Colorado. The newly built cabin is spacious & secluded, perfect for your next family vacation or romantic getaway.
Once you’ve booked your reservation at the cabin, rest assured you will be staying in your own private paradise. We never book anyone or any other parties at Camp7 when you are our guest.
The cabin comfortably sleeps 6 adults and is equipped with:
-Two bedrooms with plush king-sized beds
-Loft with a comfortable queen-sized bed
-Two bathrooms with showers and towels
-Full kitchen equipped with dishwasher, standard size refrigerator, oven and stove, coffee maker (and tasty local coffee), plus basic cooking utensils, dishes and cups/mugs

Our property features multiple unique dwellings, but please enjoy only the space you have booked and stick to your designated lodging. We only book one group at a time, so the entire property is yours to enjoy, and you won't see other guests during your stay.

The property and our host Scott were outstanding in every way. So much to do on property and 40 acres of fun to ourselves! Clean modern cabin, paddle boat rides, swimming in a huge clean pond, archery, kickball, cornhole, firepit and smores, activity field for our frisbee and baseball games. There are hiking trails with climbing ropes! My grandkids picked wildflowers on property and we got up close and personal with a donkey! There is a creek that goes through property that we all sat our chairs in and put our feet in for a cold soak after hiking. Kids played at or in the creek a lot. We had massive water balloon fights on property and we all gave the slack line a go. The cabin had everything in it you could need- cozy king beds, 2 bathrooms, tv and great internet. Super clean and new. I cant say enough good things about this place. If you have a family , bring them here, you won't have to go anywhere else. The host Scott was the friendliest and best host you could have. My first family vacation with zero issues! Oh, and a couple great places to eat right down the road as well. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay immensely, even if it was too short! What a peaceful and wonderful place to stay. There is so much to do on the property, that you never have to leave! Scott and Kim were amazing hosts! We would love to go back soon!

This special place is tucked away in a beautiful green valley. Having the pond all to ourselves with numerous toys and watercraft gave us many hours of fun. Listening to the stream behind the cabin at night was peaceful. It was a treat to watch the deer play on the lawn in the early morning. Scott was very responsive to any questions or requests we had before and during our stay. 10/10 would recommend!
