This renovated 1902 farmhouse sits proudly on 1.5 gated acres just outside Rifle, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Colorado River Valley from its perch 300 feet above. The perfect blend of nostalgic charm and modern comfort in this truly special property!
Flexible sleeping, massive private yard, full kitchen, outdoor seeting- ideal for large families, multi-generational groups, or unforgettable gatherings.
Parking for horse trailer/RV!
On the first floor you will find
Kitchen: Large Galley kitchen with full size refrigerator, 30” gas range, microwave, dishwasher and fully equipped with many cooking amenities.
Living Area: Comfortable lounge seating for up to 8. Large format TV with streaming device.
Games and DVD’s with Player. Gas Fireplace.
Dining Room: Seats 8 comfortably with additional outdoor dining on patios
Bunk room: Sleeps up to 6; 2 Twin Bunks/2 Full Bunks with Sliding glass door to hot tub area and lawn.
Library: Desk and TV with twin daybed. Adjacent to Sunshine Guest Room.
Sunshine Guest Room: Sleeps 2 with a Queen Poster Bed, adjacent to Garden Bath. Door to private front patio.
Garden Bathroom: Original clawfoot bathtub with updated shower fittings. Double sink vanity.
Laundry – Full sized washer and dryer.
Upstairs you will find
Primary room: King sized bed, fan, TV, and a pullout twin autumn. The sliding glass door opens to the upper deck. This has a Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 2 on the other side of the stairs. There is also a door to connect the rooms if desired.
Bedroom 2: has a queen bed, fan, TV
Guests will be given the gate code to get into the property and the keyless entry door lock code.
I am here for any questions but the property is entirely private so you will not meet us in person.
