If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We have been coming to this property since 2018. Love the location and being across from beach access is what keeps us coming back. Home is on a lot that's secluded by tress and it's private pool are nice. Furniture inside could use some TLC in bunk room need to get a twin or full bed in place of the couches if more adults vs kids staying. Each time we come improvements have been made. Look forward to the next trip.

Great location to beach access, shopping, restaurants and walking/biking path. Nice pet friendly home. House needs updating inside and pool needs some TLC. Bunk room needs to get rid of futons and replace with full bed in the event you have more adults than kids staying.
