All furnishings are upscale - many custom made for this home. Powder room, sunroom and sofa sleepers are located on ground floor. King bed in downstairs master, jetted tub in the adjoining, slightly elevated bath - as well as a separate, oversized shower. Full accommodations in three bedrooms include two kings and one set of twin beds in a mini-suite. All are equipped with top of the line mattresses/linens. TVs included. HBO. WiFi. Well-behaved, flea-free DOGS with responsible parents are welcome. Honeymoon and Anniversary Perfect. Stay where Athletes/Celebrities stay...GO STEELERS! YAY RAVENS! GO FALCONS! BRAVO BRAVES! Reaching out to the owner, they were pretty quick to respond back if needed. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. The beach was a quick and convenient walking distance (maybe 5 minutes) which was a huge plus for our group and a big reason for us to choose to stay here. Overall the house worked pretty well for our family. Two adults in the main level suite. One kid in each of the twin beds. However the third bedroom with the “bigger bed” ended up just being two twins on a king? base. It was uncomfortable in the middle for the two adults and kind of disappointing. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, only thing we couldn’t find that would have been helpful was a meat thermometer. The refrigerator is simple so one of the first things we had to do upon arrival was go buy ice until we could fill the ice molds and they could freeze. The pool was nice but did get cloudy/dirty after a couple days and the owner was notified. Someone did stop by to take care of it a couple days later. The kids loved the small, intimate pool and were able to spend quite a bit of time in it, especially if grilling.

The location was excellent. Beach is within walking distance. The house is older & could use some maintenance & upgrades but overall it met our needs. The house is spacious & the grandkids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. I would recommend bringing your own extra blankets & beach towels.

It’s was a wonderful location for what we were hoping for. A perfect backyard for our dogs to freely run , with a charming pool. Space big enough for our family of four to be comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful stay!
