WEST END 30A! ONLY ONE BLOCK OFF THE BEACH!

This beach cottage is the total package - short walk to the sand and best all…we can bring the pups! We loved being able to easily walk back from the beach midday for toddler nap times, to cool off, lunch or letting the dogs out in the fully fenced yard to run around. We enjoyed slow mornings walking the dogs and toddler to feed turtles in nearby Allen Pond and evenings parked on the rockers in the screen porch.One floor living makes life simple for littles, pets and guests with mobility challenges. Seaside and Rosemary Beach were a fun outing, though we appreciated being on the quiet and less congested end of 30a.Sharon is an outstanding host and easy to work with.

Relaxing week on 30A! Great location with easy walk and access to the beach. Home suited our needs. Front screened in porch was great for all our beach and fishing gear. Kitchen well equipped and beds comfortable. Livingroom couch and chair need replacing badly! Stained and very uncomfortable. Could not watch tv as nowhere comfortable to sit. Backyard needs some attention with dead bushes and overgrown trees. Our doodle was covered in briars/burrs first day so kept him in house with us most of time. A coded front door lock would be helpful as it was hard keeping up with keys. We actually ended up misplacing one of the two and found in pants picket when we got home. Landlord was nice and did not require a lost key fee. Overall the location of this home is its draw!

We stayed here on a business trip. We are buying a house in the neighborhood and we wanted the stay close by. Can’t beat the location of this older home. We felt welcome and check in was smooth. The house is dated but you have all your essentials. It is right down the street from the beach! I can say that it is a great house for convenience but if luxury is your vibe, this is not it. Recommend for a short or budget stay.

We chose to stay here because we were bringing our dogs to the beach. Unfortunately the pictures online of the backyard look nothing like the actual yard. I never felt comfortable letting my dogs out into the backyard because it was so overgrown and the flowerbeds were completely unkempt. The location of the property was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately I would never stay here again since the backyard was unusable and also The kitchen was poorly stocked.
