This home was completely remodeled in 2019 and offers 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open living/kitchen/dining, laundry room, screened porch in front and back of home as well as a 2 car garage space. The opportunities are endless for this one but there is nothing that has to be done for you to come and enjoy it just how it is for years to come. Only 1 mile to Gulf Place/Shunk Gulley, Stinky's Fish Camp just one block away and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just one mile too! Minimum Stay 3 night.

We stayed here on a business trip. We are buying a house in the neighborhood and we wanted the stay close by. Can’t beat the location of this older home. We felt welcome and check in was smooth. The house is dated but you have all your essentials. It is right down the street from the beach! I can say that it is a great house for convenience but if luxury is your vibe, this is not it. Recommend for a short or budget stay.

The property was totally rehabbed as it said in the advertisement, a great backyard for a pet the most important thing is the house is one block from the beach a two minute walk to a great beach

House was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We love to cook and pans were great quality plenty of utensils. Grill was clean and ready to cook on. Bed was very comfortable. Very close to beach and a great little restaurant on the corner. Was nice to see a small cozy home amongst the giants in the neighborhood.

We chose to stay here because we were bringing our dogs to the beach. Unfortunately the pictures online of the backyard look nothing like the actual yard. I never felt comfortable letting my dogs out into the backyard because it was so overgrown and the flowerbeds were completely unkempt. The location of the property was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately I would never stay here again since the backyard was unusable and also The kitchen was poorly stocked.
