WELCOME!
We offer a large fenced backyard with relaxing seating, a BBQ grill, fire pit and Grass to play in with your kids. This COZY tri-level home has large and bright picture windows (offer a sheer window covering to allow for natural light but still maintain privacy and room darkening covering for the evening) a large TV (cable, wifi both available during your stay) and comfortable seating with plenty of cozy blankets. The FULL sized kitchen is on the same level and provides dishes and everything you would need to cook the perfect family meal.
Up the short flight of Stairs is both bedrooms and FULL size bathroom. After a long day of exploring Soak and relax in the Bathtub and enjoy your favorite show before falling asleep on the plush pillow top King sized mattress. The second bedroom offers another very comfortable pillow top Queen size on top of a wood bed frame. Each room has plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Down the stairs from the kitchen we offer a laundry room with a rolling linen cart along with full size washer and dryer and a pack n play.
Location is key in this beautiful state. This cozy Home sits in the heart of Arvada, CO. With in walking distance to Olde' Town Arvada and the Memorial Park and Johnny Roberts Disc Golf Course. If you enjoy a morning walk/run the Ralston creek trail is an excellent option.

The duplex was in nice condition and everything worked well. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The neighborhood seems to be short on parking, as there were many cars parked on the street. We did go for a few short walks in the area.

We had a great stay at this property and it fit all our needs and most importantly the location. Very clean with lots of good little perks by the owner. Will definitely return doen the road.

This house is very nice—quiet area and very clean. It had everything we needed—paper towels, dishes, nice hot shower. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet both Friday and Saturday nights were. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan.
