This rental is packed with groovy lighting, decorated with art and unique decor. The inside was painted in bright happy colors, beds were comfortable and had great bedding, great kitchen with good appliances and all your cookware needs. It is very cozy and comfortable and in a great location for any direction you may wander, outside solar is a great way to enjoy the night time relaxation.

We enjoyed staying at this super cute place! It was very comfortable, slept great on the beds and the house had everything we needed! It also being able to walk two blocks to Old Town was the best! The owner was very responsive when we had trouble opening the door (user error) or any questions. Would stay here again!

We had a great time staying in this cleverly decorated bungalow, all of the lights were amazing. The accommodations and location were perfect for our stay. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and streets ( you need to cross one busy street) close to restaurants and coffee shops. Arvada is a lovely quaint town located right on the Denver metro. No need to rent a car, everything is truly within walking distance.

The location was really great - an easy, short walk to Old Town Arvada and the light rail to Denver. Only a 20 minute drive to Red Rock.
The house is cute but not super comfortable; couches and chairs look good but aren’t great to relax in. The neighborhood was safe.
