Enjoyed being able to walk to old town Arvada. The rental is a duplex that met our needs for a two bedroom unit.

The house was walkable to a park and Old Town Arvada and a quick drive into Denver. A few things weren’t well-stocked (e.g., hand soap, dishwasher detergent) but the house had most of what we needed for a weekend. There is another lower unit that we didn’t realize was there until we got the check-in information but we had no issues. The host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely consider for another stay in CO!

The location is good and the space is large. The property could be great but it unfortunately lacks attention to detail. It is surface clean but not really clean. Floors were dirty, especially baseboards and under sofa. Sofa is very worn and bits of leather/vinyl actually come off on your clothes. Very disappointing. When I communicated to the owner about the floors being dirty she replied that she does not have the capacity to check after each flip. We did have a maintenance issue and they responded promptly.
