Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This spacious duplex has two bedroom and a bathroom and could sleep up to 5 people and two blow-up mattresses for additional guests. It is centrally located near Old Towne Arvada and five-ten minutes drive to shopping and dinning areas. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, and salt/pepper, which was very nice. There is a beautiful park that is not too far away for walking, running, etc., and it has beautiful playgrounds for kids. We would have given a 5 star review except for the fact that when people are staying in the other side of the duplex, it is noisy (which kept us awake) and the water pressure was greatly affected when two sources of water were turned on at the same time.

Was in town for what needed up being a 3 week project. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Allowed me to extend and worked with my finance department in the UK to get payments processed. Thank you so much!

Good communication.
We’re a Family of 6, stayed for a week.
25 minutes from airport.
Comfortable, kitchen well equipped.
Kids slept in sofa bed, quite neighborhood. Groceries stores around the corner, all this for a great price.
Also lots of stuff to do if you’re into nature.
We went to 2 different swimming holes, 2.5 hours of amazing views to top of the Rockies, Boulder is great! Less then 1 hour away.
Our stay here almost felt strategic.
We’ll definitely be back in the fall!
