This two bedroom apartment is one half of a single story, side by side duplex house, with its own front and back entryways and yard and is completely soundproof to the other side. 1,200 sq ft of open, airy space enhanced by tall, vaulted ceilings. Three sliding glass doors bring in lots of fresh air and light. The apartment is actually wheelchair accessible with a huge, walk in/roll-in shower and extra wide doorways throughout.
There's a large kitchen, well stocked with stoneware, glassware and cooking essentials like a full set of pots and pans, bakeware, utensils, coffee maker, hot pot, toaster, and blender. Also provided are food staples like coffee, creamer, teas, flour, oil, sugar and lots of spices.
Living room holds plenty of people for the big game, movies or favorite shows on the 72 inch Smart TV.
Work remotely from the bedroom work station which includes a desk, chair, monitor and HDMI cable.
WALKABLES -
15 minute stroll (5 minute bike ride) to Olde Town Arvada, with it's boutique shops, breweries, wine bars, lounges, and great restaurants. You'll often find a festival or open market going on in this popular downtown hang out.
5-minute walk to Clear Creek river trail. Head west on 20 miles of beautiful walk/bike trails along the Clear Creek river and parkway. You'll see the frisbee golf course, playgrounds, wildlife and friendly Arvada folks all along your way. You can bike all the way to Golden and explore their river trails and main street.
PUBLIC TRANSIT - 1 mile from 60th/Sheridan Gold Strike train station. Use their free parking and hop on the G Line train to downtown Denver. (15 minute ride, train arrives at Gold Strike station every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour.) This is SO much better than driving downtown and the hassle and expense of parking. From beautiful Union Station, you can walk to the popular areas of Lodo (lower downtown), Rino (River North art district), the Highlands, and the 16th Avenue mall.

• 15 minute drive to Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, the foothills, and Golden, a great city to explore, catering to tourists. Be sure to check out the river walk, and shops on Main St.
• 8 minute drive to Edgewater Sloan Lake area with its public market, walkable shops, breweries, etc.
• 1 hour drive to Summit County, Winter Park and mountains for skiing/hiking/biking and exploring, or drive south to Colorado Springs to experience the gorgeous Garden of the Gods and fun tourist town of Manitou Springs.
