This four bedroom home is newly redone inside and out. The backyard is great for relaxing on the patio or for grilling and gets shade so it's cool even on the hottest afternoons. TVs in every bedroom if you want to relax by yourself, there's also a game room.
It's near a very large off leash dog park if you have a furry friend. Just a couple blocks away there is a park with baseball fields and open space for the kiddos to run around, play structures, tennis courts and basketball courts.
The home is situated almost exactly between Denver and Boulder so it's as convenient as you can be to get to both. It is a couple of miles from flatirons Mall where there is shopping and dining.
